ClearView Property Inspections

You couldn’t ask for a better inspector than Adam. I called him on a Friday afternoon and was able to come on Monday to inspect our duplex. He was very thorough and good at explaining things. Very respectful of our home , took off his shoes when coming in, Had him even pointed out things I didn’t realize about our place for an example. He told us we had heaters in our bathroom floors that we didn’t even realize. I would recommend him anytime. He is very accommodating And a pleasure to do business with. If I ever need any kind of inspection done, I would always call Adam and recommend him to anyone.

Adam is super professional, knows his stuff and is great with scheduling conflicts if any arise. My fiancé and I were lucky enough to have found him as we were looking to purchase a 1973 manufactured home. Thanks to Adam, we did not go through with the purchase. His reports and findings made us feel confident with using him in the inspection of the home we are now purchasing. For all your home inspection needs, Adam is the guy to go to. Thanks again!

Highly recommend. Great experience with Adam - he was fast, friendly, and took the time to explain things I never would have thought to ask (some of which ended up being important). The report was clear, detailed, overall everything we needed and more. I work from home and had to take a few calls. He was respectful and quiet, and somehow managed to cover the whole property thoroughly without ever feeling rushed. I wish all of my life decisions were this good. Even scheduling was easy. Thanks, Adam!

Adam is highly professional and responsive. Answers all my questions and explains everything and even points out things that I was not aware of.

Adam had made my client’s home inspection an excellent experience; he is friendly, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy to work with. He doesn’t over charge or underwork. A high quality experience that I would always recommend.Thank you Adam!
