"To begin this project she was very unclear with what she wanted done to the house at first it was just her brick and gutters on her garage and house, we take our time with our work because we want to make sure we do a really good job we are not paid by the hour so whatever price we come up with before the project is what we are paid no matter how long it takes us it stays the same, following the 2nd day we were there we finished up her house and garage she said we were doing a ?great job? and even gave us 3/4 of our payment but then told us she would like us to do her roof which we had no clue of till after the second day"
