They scratched my composite decking from one side to the other and then refused to properly repair the damage. Then called my employer to try to cause problems for me there.

"I have pics of this 3 inch scratch on the sun faded composite decking that I offered to stain until u came in my store and threatened my employee with physical harm. I have that on video and pics of the deck officer. Go watch your dogs and try to bully someone else for 30k before I post proof on fb."

I'm very disappointed with this company. They quoted me a total price over the phone of $229 for the pool closing service and told me that included everything. My husband was there when they were working, and he was the one cleaning leaves out of the pool, not the workers. They were in and out a soon as possible he said. Then they presented him with a bill that said the base rate was $239, then they added a $25 labor fee, and an extra fee for chemicals when I was told everything was included in the price. The total bill was $291 and when I spoke to a manager on the phone, he said there was nothing he could do to make it right. I feel as though we were extremely taken advantage of, and they are not a forthright company. You don't increase your price by $62 without notice. Very disappointing and I do not recommend hiring them.

"all quotes on the phone are just that...quotes. your husband was there when we did the work and the only reason he did the leaves was I made him aware there was a charge after 15 mins..he said he wasn't worried about the $ but cleaned the rest of leaves out to avoid additional charges..but could have been done before I got there.thats the problem. u think I a supposed to clean the pool for free or free chemicals or whatever..but taking mountains of leaves off your deck to find anchors and removing a solar cover that was covered in leaves is not part of it..he just kept asking for more stuff that's not on the list.. I'm sure u guys don't work"

They quoted a couple hundred dollars. They wouldn't come to the house to quote saying they didn't need to because they did 5-6 installs a week. It took them almost 5 hrs because they left for two shopping trips. They did not complete the job because they couldn't find hardware to connect the propane tank to the heater. They charged over $400 for an incomplete job and I paid to install a heater that to this day I can't use.

"We didn't quote a price. Sorry you had an unpleasant experience but you can't put a grill propane tank on a pool heater and we don't install items from Amazon."

Joe was very fast to respond and paid close attention to details. I was contacted within 10 min. and they were able to see me that afternoon and work out the scheduling ASAP. Josh was at my home and all was smooth sailing from there.

This was a great company to have install our heater. Jason did a great job and answered other questions I had about our pool. The price we paid was great compared to other estimates. If all the workers are like Jason I would give them a ten star rating.

Three appointments were made and the repair guy never showed up. The first appointment, after waiting all day , I called him and he stated he would be there by 4:30. At 4:30 I received a call from him stating that he wasn't able to come till the following day. After determining the issue with the pool heater, he stated he would be back at the end of the day Thursday too install the part. He was a no show and a no call again on Thursday. Friday after waiting til afternoon I called I'm and he said he was on way to pick up part and he would be over that day. Again, no show. Calls over the weekend were unanswered. Finally, after calling the office and demanding someone come to replace the part I had already paid for the guy calls me back and says he would be out the following morning and he finally showed for what he had scheduled with me. Very disappointed and would never recommend this company based on the lack of communication

I had a serious water pumping situation that I couldn't figure out. I contacted Home Advisors and Clearwater pools called the same day. I was hooked up with Jason who would do the work. He came as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. Very knowledgeable and outstanding worker. I highly recommend Clearwater Pools out of Findlay.

The pros came and removed my old hot tub very quickly and without damaging my wood deck. The price was reasonable and work was done professionally.
