Clearwater Pump Service, LLC

These guys were great, professional, and just plain nice people. Had a system installed shortly after the water sample results from their test arrived. The system was installed about a year ago, still working great. No sulfur smell, or staining of sinks and toilets. My wife is a happy camper. They put the pump in about 7 years ago before we lived here and did an awesome job at that too.

It worked diligently during the time of terrible Air quality. We were working in the worst air quality Portland has ever known and in fact air quality whatâ s the worst in the world due to the fires nearby it was tough going but they were excellent and I would recommend them anytime It took them all day and into the early night

I entered my info in HomeAdvisor because i had a gushing well pump at 6:30 om on a Friday. Our usual pump service was MIA. I was leaving a message for the first HomeAdvisor recommendation when the second one on the list called me in response to my email to HomeAdvisor. They sent someone out first thing Saturday morning, which was critical because I had 60 people coming at 9 am and a big sacred fire to build (requiring water for fire safety). Available directly by phone! Friendly, prompt, and music to my ears when Bob said "Easy fix". Not too bad a financial damage either. Thank you Clearwater.

The people here were awsome. Pump failure at 3:00pm, we called and someone was out to look at it by 630, on a Friday. While it wasn't fixed that evening, they made sure we had water (provided by wonderful neighbor's hose bypassing our pump). The next day it was repaired (replacement of the pump) for less than the estimate. The original installer called 3 days laterand asked if we still needed their help. Great service and while no one is happy with losing things like water for showers, washing dishes, laundry and other things water is used for in a home, they reacted quickly, efficiently and made our problem theirs. 100 recommendation
