Clearwater Seamless did a wonderful job.

Had gutters done by Clearwater Seamless out of Shepherd for a hail damage claim. During the estimate, I informed the guy that I would be out of town on the week of installation and to contact my roof/siding contractor to get the check for the work (they are handling all of my insurance claim payouts to subcontrators)and that id write a check for the rest when I got back and got the depreciation payout. You know, pretty standard stuff. The guy told me that sounds fine and we agreed that they could start work while I was gone. Fast forward to 1 week later, I get back into service and am told by my fiance that they have been hounding her for a check all week. I call and leave them a message asking why they did not follow our game plan and to call me back when they could to figure this out. The owner calls me back and begins cussing me out, telling me that he does not *work with that f***ot* (insert homophobic slur here) and *why the f**k im calling him all aggressive* (when I really was not.) My jaw dropped at this treatment. I can not ever recommend this contractor for anything. Their Angies List review is high for some unknown reason, just avoid them if you can.
