Clear.Blue

I evaluated 5 companies during my decision-making process. I looked at everything from the low cost option that was essentially a one man show, all the way to the big name brands that everyone would recognize. While the range of offerings was broad, the equipment was noticeably different across each company, along with the price, Clear Blue was the company I ultimately selected. Here are the reasons for my decision: - Hands down the best warranty by a country mile. They offer a complete lifetime warranty on parts and labor, and they put it in writing - with a certificate that you keep for your records. - Drew (sales representative) was by far and away the most professional rep that I worked with. He responded to my questions morning, noon and night. He followed up with me on a regular basis, without hounding me. He even showed up on the day of install and make sure that everything that we discussed was honored during the installation itself (equipment location, how the lines would be run, etc.). - The system itself had several features that prevented equipment sprawl and at the same time would address the concerns I had with my water. It's a very low maintenance system that not only eliminates the calcium on the water, but also chlorine and other chemicals prior to removing the calcium. The equipment is truly rated for outdoor conditions and is designed to simply do its job for the life of the system. Post Install Update: - Installation took only a couple of hours. The installers were very respectful of my property and did a very nice, clean job installing the equipment. If anything came up that was out of the ordinary, they took the time to come get me and explain the situation and the options. I was very appreciative of that. - The water is absolutely fantastic. Immediately we were getting soft water from the cold water feed and within about a day, the hot water was soft (after the hot water tank was cycled through). We have noticed absolutely no drop in water pressure and that has been with a dishwasher running while a shower was in use, along with the clothes washer running (filling the machine). I would also add that it impressed me greatly that the owner of the company took a vested interest in my install. He spoke with the installation crew, and the sales representative several times while the installation was going on. This company is one of those "hard finds" when dealing with home services. They have a top-notch solution that stands up to the competition technically, and at the same time cares (proves it with actions) about every customer. When you add to that the fact that is is veteran owned, I'm left feeling 100% satisfied with my decision. I took a while to make my decision and it is always frustrating when you learn later that it was not a good one, despite your efforts. That is not the case here. I highly recommend Clear Blue.

Very quick to respond and install. Installation was less than 1 day. Good verbal orientation as to what the system parts were and how to maintain the system.

The salesman, Drew, told me I was the first to buy this new model of water softener system so at first there were a few glitches in setting It up. However, the issues were taken care of immediately and Drew was proactive in making sure my system was operating properly by stopping by several times to test the water for softness and purity. I would definitely recommend them.
