About us

CGC Home Services provides water treatment, plumbing, and air purification for homeowners across Michigan. As a fourth-generation family business founded in 1946, we pair decades of experience with personal service and solutions tailored to your home. As an authorized independent Kinetico® dealer, we install water softeners, whole-home water filtration, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems. Michigan well water and city water often bring hard water, iron, mineral buildup, and unpleasant tastes or odors. We help you understand your water and choose the right system. We offer free in-home water testing, water softener maintenance and repair, and salt delivery. Our plumbing team handles leak repair, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, tankless water heaters, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals. We also offer air purification to improve your home’s indoor air quality. Contact CGC today to schedule plumbing or water treatment service, or book your free water test.

Cleaned up my pipe routing and put in new shut off valves, I switched over to city water from pump, water softener ect years ago and old valves were leaking. He also secured my water lines to help with the hammer shock making my pipes clang.

I called to get pricing on a routine sewer scope which they told me would be $75. I made the appointment and once they were in my home they let me know it would be $295. They put their customers, and employees in a terrible position with their bait and switch tactics. I?m left wondering if I can trust the results CGC provided.

We were very pleased with the work they did replacing our water heater. We also took advantage of the free inspection and will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them.

Mark came out to our home to test our water and review the water softener systems available. He was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. We've had the system up and running for 5 days now. What a difference! I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy, my installer, has great customer service skills and close attention to details. I really appreciate the good care he took with my installation. Edd was a great sales person - he knew I was eager and worked to get my project set up for the very next day after I committed to the work. And, I am loving my improved water! Nikki
