Chris installed a new laminate floor in our bedroom. He also identified and fixed the subfloor issues. He communicated clearly what needed to be done to complete the install correctly. Chris was very knowledgeable, made sure everything was correct and fnished everything when he said he would. Our new floor looks terrific, I woud highly recommend.

I was having an issue with my bamboo flooring. Boards had gaps in them. When I contacted Home Advisor with my problem, I received 2 responses. The first company didn t want to touch the floors. Then I thankfully received a response from Clemens. First he stopped by to take a look at my floors and he said he was pretty confident that he could fix them and gave me a quote that I was very happy with. He came by a couple days later and within 90 minutes my floors were fixed and he charged me less than the quoted rate. He was professional and I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this company.

Chris was extremely professional from the first phone call all the way until the project was complete. The project called for removing a tile floor (set in a thick wet bed of cement) and installing a new hardwood floor to match the other rooms on the 1st level of the home. The tile removal was arduous but Chris worked long days to ensure that the project would remain on schedule. We also ran into an issue where the flooring we selected was not a perfect match with the other floor due to flooring company changing stain colors since the last install. He immediately called to notify me of the issue and then took it upon himself to load the flooring into his truck and drive an hour+ to the supplier to exchange it for different flooring. I would highly recommend Chris for any flooring project and would happily hire again.

I hired Clemens to install about 2500sf of hardwood flooring in my home. They did an absolutely amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience; on time, on budget and a fantastic installation. I highly recommend Clemens for hardwood floor installation.

One of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Returned initial call promptly. Came out and really listened to what our goals were. Communication was clear throughout the process. Recommended new floor for family room to replace carpet that was dog-friendly, durable and extremely beautiful. Kept informed of issues as they were uncovered upon removal of carpet (like the floor needed to be leveled). Additional charge was extremely reasonable and more than fair. Prohect stayed on schedule even when scope of work expanded. It was a pleasure to do business with Chris. Very professional. We are already planning for him to replace our bedroom carpets with the flooring he just installed in our family room. Chris installed a layer of subfloor, vinyl plank flooring and new baseboard throughout the entire lower floor of my house, about 6+ months ago. He was very knowledgeable, made sure everything was correct, very timely, finished everything when he said he would. The work was outstanding, my floors look terrific, I'd hire him for any flooring project.

Chris is a professional. His work is excellent, he was punctual, cleaned up after he was done a task and at the end of every day. His final price matched his estimate. I would recommend Chris and definitely call him again for any future flooring projects.

Chris was personable and responsive. However, he changed the installation date 3 times over a two week period then decided that he no longer wanted to do the job at all. He kept telling me he was tracking the shipment of my product, then all of sudden the product was back-ordered and never shipped. LOL - ok! Just because you sign a contract and provide a 75% deposit - doesn't mean he'll do the work.

Chris was prompt each day. Quality of work very high. Very accommodating to minor changes to job. Fair priced quote to job. Finished on time. Very happy with finished results. Considering additional work in near future. Would definitely recommend Chris to others.

The owner, Chris, called me immediately after my request. Not only that, but he came same day to provide an estimate. It was a small project to repair some water damage, and while some other companies said the only fix was to replace the floor, Chris provided a less costly, less intrusive solution. He was on time (huge plus), extremely reasonable, and did fantastic work. Highly recommend!

Chris Clemens was a lifesaver! We contracted with Home Depot to have Prego laminate flooring installed in our livingroom, dining room and stairs, approximately 450 square feet. When the installers arrived, they informed us that they couldn't do the job because the floor was too uneven and that we would need to contact a contractor to have the floor leveled. We were so disappointed; but we found Chris on Home Advisor. He came out, explained the parameters for installing laminate on an uneven floor, and assured us that our floor was not that uneven. He gave a reasonable price. He was super punctual and he has a strong work ethic. Our floor and stairs look beautiful!! There doesn't appear to be any flaws that would indicate unevenness of the sub-floor.

My husband and I are thrilled with the work done by Chris Clemens. We would give more than five stars if possible! We were going through a difficult situation with home depot and getting them to install our hardwood floors. They would/could not do any subfloor prep. I found Chris on Home Advisor. He called me back right away and actually was able to come and meet with us that same day!! He spent time explaining everything to us. He really knows his stuff. When the day of install arrived, he was right on time. He let us know how things were going, left everything super clean and finished the job when he said he would. Our hardwood floors look stunning! They are really beautiful. We are soooo happy with the finished product. We highly recommend Chris Clemens.
