Tonya went out of her way to adapt her normal cleaning services to exactly what was needed to straighten up my late sister's trailer after her untimely death. When Tonya and her assistant finished up, we were able to gather and sort my sister's things in a clean and workable environment. Tonya delivered what she promised.

When I got home from a VERY long day at work, the first thing I noticed was how much brighter my entry was. I walked into the kitchen and immediately saw that the stovetop was sparkling! I was in awe at what was done to my home in such a short time. My home had not been deep cleaned in over a year. Everything shined! When I walked in, I could smell a clean home, but was not overwhelmed by the smell of chemicals. I walked around touching countertops, the stove, doors and door frames, sinks, and the tub, and it was all smooth and lustrous! I had goosebumps, so I had to follow-up with a call full of compliments. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and in spite of them being a bit more expensive than other quotes I received (a la carte), I am confident that others would not have brought my home back to life as well. I hired them that night to continue. The customer service is bar-none, but the actual work completed set a whole new bar. Such fantastic quality (you genuinely get what you pay for)!

The owner was so friendly, helpful and professional. We had a BIG final cleaning to do and the areas cleaned were done so well. There was one area missed and when I called to say that it had been, she went over the same day to get it done and done well! I would use Cleveland Assistants again in a heartbeat!

The team from Cleveland Assistants were so easy to work with! I hired them to clean before I moved into a new house. They were very thorough and informed me about the types of cleaners that would work best with my flooring. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails! Definitely would use again for a cleaning service.

I hired Cleveland Assistants for a one time house cleaning and was very impressed with Cleaning Technician Jessie. She is a very hardworking, efficient, and excellent Tech. I now engage Jesse on a monthly basis, as I find Tonya, Jessie and the company to be very professional with everything they do.

Tonya was very attentive professional and the prices were very reasonable. The quality of work was superior. No need to ever clean your own house again.

Horrendous customer service. Argued about every little issue. Every room, hallway, baseboards, foyer, is a la cart. Very negative and false accusations. Not truthful about what you requested and what was done. Horrible experience.

Excellent service from Jessie. Over and above the expectations. Tonya the owner has been great to work with and I plan to continue.
