Professional all around, they even left the perfect amount of cut wood for our fire pit use for the year. Passionate about their craft and spent a good amount of time going over the job.

The coordination between the team members was top rate. The fact that they communicated through their helmets was fascinating. Four trees down stumps ground street cleaned. garage roof blown off all in 2.5 hours. To top that off they were not able to use the crane. We are looking forward to having the canopy raised after the trees are dormant.

They kept us posted on the appointment, came out earlier than the appointment, did the work quick and efficiently, price was the best I got, they cleaned up quickly and were easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I initially contacted this firm to trim dead branches on my 70’ ash tree but learned it had ash borer disease and was too far gone to save. The company carefully removed the tree and ground out the roots. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I had damage to trees from recent storms. I signed up with Angi and added contractor names. Joe Nelson called me within an hour and came out that afternoon for a quote. I needed limbs trimmed, a tree removed, and have a large tree that is showing early signs of splitting. He came out and looked everything over. He is an Arborist, and said that the tree showing the early signs of splitting could be saved by cabling the main branches together. He gave me a very reasonable price. He and his crew came out a couple of days later and completed the work. Did a great job with the cabling, removed and stumped the tree broken in the storm, and removed a damaged limb from another tree. The work, plus cleanup, only took a couple of hours. I was impressed with his crew and the job that they did, and have asked him to do a general maintenance on the trees in my yard. I have been living in this house over 30 years, and have many large trees that have not been trimmed. As an arborist, he said that the oaks have to wait until winter to prevent bugs and insects from invading the “wound” until the tree heals. So that job will wait until then. Check back for a review of this job early next year.

We have used Cleveland Tree & Stump several times for jobs including cutting down very large trees, grinding stumps and tree trimming. It was a seamless and simple process. Communication was good. Price was fair. Also able to respond quickly to clean storm damage.

I had a lot of storm damage with trees down and damaged trees and lots of debris to be cleaned up, a large tree on the house, and multiple stumps to grind.. Joey and his crew were prompt and professional and I thought went above and beyond to clean up my property. I was 100% satisfied with the job! The four young men and four heavy duty equipment machines cleared our yard of two very tall trees, two stumps, and a multitude of limbs in just 3 hours! They worked well as a team and let me add on requests as I wished. Joe would tell me what the additional work would cost before they did it. Joe had been here last spring to advise me on our trees with black tar spots on the leaves. He did not charge me anything for his free consult. This is an honest and hard-working crew that I can heartily recommend!

Cleveland Tree and Stump removed two trees from my yard today. They did a great job. They treated my yard with respect by laying down mats to protect the grass and cleaning up all the debris.
