After a failed attempt on my part trying to redo our kitchen we decided it was time to leave it to the pros. After getting several bids, we selected clever. The communication process was great, our GC was phenomenal, and the work was completed to a high degree of quality. I would definitely use them again. It is nice to have a kitchen that looks great and complements the rest of our house.

Gili and the team are great and really care about delivering quality results. Three weeks from start to finish my master bathroom is gorgeous! Gili is very involved with each phase and very supportive of any design requests. My bathroom was demolished to the studs. It was a big job and describe how happy I am with how everything turned out. I replaced the tile backsplash with a beautiful tile and provided us with excellent options within our budget to update our countertop. Gili also suggested upgrading the incandescent ceiling lights with new bright LED bulbs, replacing horrible fluorescent lighting and I am absolutely blown away by the difference. Our experience with Clever Design and Remodeling was outstanding from start to finish.

We should have called Roy years ago. We just finished remodeling our dining room, adding a fireplace and guest bathroom on top of painting the kitchen. Clever Design and Remodeling and the team did an amazing job. When the first day of the job arrived, I had high expectations and I must say they were exceeded. Roy was really helpful in identifying some of the smaller design issues in my bathroom, describe the whole process, and was very clear and concise in his explanations. Our little dining room and guest bathroom definitely came a long way and the before/after are pretty amazing!

WOW! GILI IS AMAZING!!! We moved into a new home after I remodeled it for 9 months. He remodeled my apartment from top to bottom including 3 bathrooms, floors, fireplace, etc. Gili was there at all the times right from the beginning. Luckily we met before we decided on anything and he came over and gave us lots of great ideas for a remodel even explaining the difference between refacing and all new cabinetry. The styles have gone from contemporary to modern to luxury designs in our bathrooms. He understood our frustrations with the remodel and he was extremely patient and really wanted to help us out. I was very happy with the remodel and the excellent time frame they completed the work. It was done in about 5 1/2 weeks. Clever Design and Remodeling is definitely a company that we will be recommending to anyone that needs remodeling.

In February 2020 I decided to completely renovate the master bathroom in my 3 bed/2 bath townhouse. The bathroom was having leaks, plumbing issues, the tub, tile, and fixtures were ancient. I selected Clever Design and Remodeling and I am glad I did. The project took around 3 weeks (slowed a couple of weeks due to my own HOA). They demolished the entire old bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful new space that is a genuine joy to behold and use. The bathroom is better then I could have envisioned. Once the demo started, all work proceeded steadily and without delay. I want to add that construction was neat and quick which I have heard is very rare and the and tile work was precise. Overall the project took a little under a month and we are so happy with the results.

My kitchen has been utterly transformed, in the most wonderful way by the great staff and crew at Clever Design and Remodeling. Roy came to my home to give me an estimate, describe the whole process, and was very clear and concise in his explanations. He answered all my questions with great patience and was available throughout the installation process by phone or email in case I needed additional info. We also needed a double vanity in our bathroom which he custom built for us. When they were done with the vanity, painting, and the cabinets, we decided to get the same countertops that they guys used in the bathroom for our kitchen and redo the backsplash as well. They were all super easy to communicate with. All the guys that we worked with were very professional, and they cleaned up, so we could use the kitchen even with it torn apart. Overall, the final result is everything turned out gorgeous.

I contracted Gili at Clever Design and Remodeling for a bathroom remodel along with all of our family room, part of the kitchen, and cabinets, and could not be more pleased with the results. It was a huge job, to say the least! Gili is an excellent interior designer. The project took approximately 6 working days. We removed a tub/shower combo and turned it into a standing shower with frameless glass doors and sandstone tile throughout. Who knew just changing the colors of the cabinets would transform my kitchen! My outdated bathroom has been instantly updated and it looks beautiful. I am already thinking of hiring them to paint our bedrooms too!

By the time a leak in the upstairs master shower made itself known by dripping through the kitchen ceiling we had serious problems. To find the leak sources a good portion of the cupboards had to be removed, the source of the leak still not completely clear and ripped up the entire tub shower area, the subfloor had rotted through, clear view to the kitchen below. the bid from Clever Design and Remodeling included the removal of old bathtub surround, vanity, and countertop, toilet, and flooring. We had them move the toilet plumbing from the wall (unusual) to the conventional floor. After we picked out our cabinets, Roy helped us with our backsplash, and flooring, (we wanted tile), so everything looked beautiful together. Because our floor was uneven, they had to rip up the entire floor and start over. The complete job from start to finish took 2 weeks, which is exactly what we were told. We LOVE our new bathroom and highly recommend Clever Design and Remodeling for your next remodel.

Clever Design and Remodeling did a beautiful job on my minor kitchen upgrade and downstairs bedroom. His communication was excellent. Gili gave us great guidance with selecting the perfect flooring for our home and the new tiling for our dreamy new bathroom shower. They were on time each day and finished on time as promised. Gili did a fabulous job with the onsite upgrades, giving careful attention to detail and quality. We still need more work done, and when we are ready to move on with our future projects, Clever will be the first person we call.

We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our two bathrooms and a completely new master suite. We never thought small changes would make such a huge difference our home feels like new, Roy was great to work with too. We worked with them from the very beginning when drawing out our floor plans for the project and they lived up to our expectations. In addition to having new flooring, drywall, paint, completely new bathrooms there was so much more work involved. Their taste in design is impeccable.
