Cliff was very quick to contact me once I submitted my request through Home Advisor. He came and assessed my situation as promised and then sent workers to install my plug so I could hook up my new stove on the day and time I needed so my work could happen exactly as needed. I appreciated the contact and the timeliness and customer service very much. The two workers who did the job were very efficient, polite, and respectful of my home as well as on time.

Very responsive. Called within 10 minutes. Were working on my problem in about 20 more minutes. Very prompt, very courteous and asked if we had anything else for them to do. Plan to call them back to replace some outlets.
