Chris got back with me very quickly and put me on the schedule as soon as possible. Once he arrived he went straight o work, and found the problem right away. He did one into one problem with rewiring the project, and since the condenser is so old the schematic was unreadable. But rather than guess he called the manufacturer to get directions and do the job right. He did an amazing job, the price was quite reasonable, and I soon had a nice, comfortable and cool house again. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever have problems in the future.

I wanted to thank Chris and Chad for their excellent service with the install of a new furnace and air conditioning unit. This has been a very difficult time with the Corunna pandemic and both of them were certainly understanding of the situation as we pushed back the install date. I certainly would recommend them to anyone in need of furnace or ac repair or service. Wonderful team!

Matt and Chris of Climate Control of Michigan were both awesome. They went the extra mile to repair my furnace and (unlike a large well known local company) they do not charge "emergency hour rates" if your furnace decides to act up on a Saturday (like mine did). They answered all of my questions thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision regarding the repair. I feel confident that they had my best interest at heart, presenting me with all the facts and completing all necessary repairs at a fair and reasonable rate. Saved me over $7,500.00!!! I hired another company first they charged me $91 just come look at my AC then told me it was beyond repair and needed a new one and set up appointment with salesman. Then was quoted $8,100!!! Climate control came out diagnosed the problem and repaired for $275!!!. Excellent service. Truly care about their customers and not just trying to sell new equipment. I will and would recommend Climate Control of Michigan.

They didn t leave until we had heat. Then promptly followed up with a permanent fix.

They came very quick when my furnace wasn't working, which was on a holiday. They took care of all the little ends including the rebates, it was a seamless process. The furnace is working really well and I haven't had any issue in any respect.

Chad has been my regular licensed HVAC Technician for about five years now. His work is always meticulous, working cleanly throughout any process he does. He arrives on time as scheduled. I am also impressed with how they keep notes on the past services so as to predict what may be coming up, things like life expectancy of an igniter unit and when it was last replaced. It is this type of customer service that keeps my system functioning properly with no emergency breakdowns. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC repair, and maintenance needs.
