If you're experiencing any hesitation, please read this review. Not usually one to leave a review, but Climate Heroes did an amazing job installing our new system. For reference, we are in Buford and preferred to go with a local company. They had great reviews so we gave them a call and were blown away by their customer service. From the customer service team, to a visit from their technician, Miguel, the whole company was friendly, fast, consistent, and very communicative from the start. The install team came early the next morning and they were done by the time we got home from work. We felt so prioritized. It was such a relief to come back to a cooling home! Unfortunately it was an unexpected expense, but we feel like we got more than what we paid for from the service alone. The team was professional, organized, and took so many precautions and aftercare to make sure our home was left cleaner than when they started. We?re extremely happy and felt an immediate sense

I had a great experience with Climate Heroes when my HVAC system was not cooling well and was running constantly. Miles was the technician who came out, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was causing the problem in a way that was easy to understand. He made the necessary cleaning and tune up efficiently, checked the system thoroughly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Miles was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my home throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated his communication and attention to detail, and I would definitely recommend Climate Heroes to anyone needing HVAC service.

I am so appreciative of Cesar with Climate Heroes . He was punctual, and recognized my problem with my central A/C in a timely manner. He explained something about a faulty capacitor and was very kind. I have talked to other A/C companies in the past, and their prices were fair and competitive. I had a good experience with the company and would recommend to others 5/5 stars.

Jacob came out when my AC wasn’t cooling properly and was able to figure out the problem pretty quickly. He explained what was going on and got everything back up and running without any issues. Our system was making a concerning sound so we called Climate Heroes and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day. The office staff was very empathetic, and we felt prioritized the whole time. Jose Castro is a fantastic technician. He was able to repair our air conditioning systems and even better, explained every detail of what he had done and why it needed to be done. This company seems to know how to hire the best and most knowledgeable people who do exceptional work. It’s been 3 weeks since our service and everything is running smooth. We will be using and recommending Climate Heroes for all AC and heating concerns!

We had HVAC issues on the hottest day of the year. Our family had guests coming over, and we did not know what to do. After one single phone call we were quickly scheduled to meet with Juan. Prior to his arrival at our home, the company sent us a picture of Juan and notified us that he was en route. Juan was truly our hero. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very patient and explained everything in great detail. The service was affordable and our guests really enjoyed the cool crisp air. We loved the service so much that we signed up for the vip package for biannual service calls. I highly recommend this company!
