Very professional, courteous and personable. I needed immediate emergency service and Jordan Green called early the morning the furnace went out. He was at the house within a couple hours to assess the situation. A new furnace was ordered at a very fair price and was installed in a very reasonable time frame. Jordan's team was considerate of Covid protocol, wore masks and face coverings and and always called out and knocked before entering a room...very much appreciated! The level of communication was also commendable. There was always a message keeping me in the loop...arrival times and even when leaving the job sight to buy parts for the project.

I had a different company cone to my hone for an inspection and estimate as my furnace was not working properly. In 10 minutes I was told that my board needed replacement and was charged $150. I called Climate Kings for a second opinion. Jordan said he was in the neighborhood and would not charge for the inspection but would give me a second opinion. I watched as he did two diagnostics and cleaned a sensor. Voila! The blinking yellow light stopped blinking and has run perfectly since then. Jordon did not charge me for his work. I was so pleased that I decided to have him clean the furnace which was needed. Totally impressed with Jordon, his explanations and his amazing, old fashioned customer service. Makes me want to shout his name from the rooftops!

The owner Jordan Green took care of my furnace problem. My furnace was over 25 years old and had numerous issues. I ended up contracting Climate Kings to install a new furnace. Price was fair and Jordan was very professional. He was prompt and made sure I knew everything he was doing and why. While working on my furnace he had a mechanical issue with his service van and had to return in his private vehicle to complete the job. He let me know what was going on and assured me he would be there to take care of me in spite of his van problems. I would hire him again for any needed repairs. As a matter of fact my air conditioner is in need of repair and I will call him this spring. THIS IS A TOP KNOTCH COMPANY WITH GREAT LEADERSHIP. Call them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

We have added him to our preffered vendor list. He answers his phone and sets his appointments and is reliable. They charge a fair price. WIll keep using him for all our properties.

Jordan came to provide service. He was knowledgeable, efficient, checked the condition of aspects of the furnace to catch all possible problems currently and parts showing wear. He gave me choices and gave information on what maintenance I can do to maintain the system. While it is not fun spending money on repairs, I felt the fee for the service performed and parts replaced was fair.

Our AC wasn't working so we called Climate Kings to come out. Jordan told us we were out of refrigerant and that adding more would fix it. He did not check for a leak, just added more refrigerant, took his $500 and left. Within a week our AC was back to not working. We called a different company and they explained that AC units do not just lose refrigerant over time and they found a leak in our system. I called Climate Kings twice and left voice mails both times and got no response. I tried to check their website and it is down. We lost $500. Hopefully, no one else falls for it!

He did a great job diagnosing and then fixing the problem. He was several hours late the first day, but called to let me know he was running late. He was on time the next day. I felt his prices were a bit high, but I haven't had this type of work done in awhile so maybe not.

Jordan and his team are amazing. They showed me exactly what the issues were and what previous techs missed or neglected to do. We ended up having to replace a heat pump unit, but these things happen. Pricing was fair and they were quick with the turnaround and installation. Jordan was great! We had Clomate Kings come out for a service on our Heating system and fireplace insert service. He was very courteous and his work was amazing and fast! He explained what all needed to be done and did so in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of the same services!
