Replaced broken toilet flange in concrete slab floor that was below the floor level and raised the the new flange to the correct floor level. Technician took time to made sure the work was done correctly. I was satisfied with the pricing. Would use again.

Technician was trying to diagnose an intermittent problem with a tank less water heater. Problem still exist, but at no fault of the Technician. I suspect this problem is inherent with the model.

On time and quick. Fixed the problem and we were back in business with hot water. I did not completely understand the charge though. Thought it was a fixed rate plus any parts, missed the part of plus an hourly charge. I will have to listen better.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. The new water heater side direct vent connection was approximately 8 inches higher than the existing hole in my garage. After assessing the situation he provided me two courses of action to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend ClimateMakers and be sure to request James.

James, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would have given perfect scores; however, I feel that the cost was a bit of a surprise and I am still waiting on quote from the office for work to be done.

A wonderful technician, Mr. Sylvester McDonald, repaired my gas logs. He was professional and a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed talking with him and would definitely want him again if help were needed. Mr. McDonald definitely is an asset to your company. Climate Makers was the first to respond. The woman in the office to whom I spoke, was very pleasant, resulting in my feeling more comfortable dealing with the company. Three days later I finally heard from two others on the list. Thumbs up for Climate Makers!
