I recently had my annual HVAC maintenance performed on my heat pump, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service provided by David. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire visit.
What impressed me most was the care and attention to detail he put into his work. It was clear that David takes great pride in doing the job right and making sure everything is properly serviced.
It’s refreshing to have a technician who demonstrates such professionalism, dedication, and genuine concern for quality workmanship. David is a true asset to the company, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional HVAC service. Thank you, David, for a job exceptionally well done!

His thorough troubleshooting of system accurately identified the source of our units maintenance issue! Once identified the maintenance team immediately ordered the part enabling a challening installation to be completed with minimal down time!

I would like to give Recognition to your employee Yvonne Samuel, who was very professional, pleasant and friendly. Her work ethics were done with expertise. She explained all that she serviced and gave a good report on both units in the attic and out in back. Inspection was done in a well and timely manner. I would like to request Yvonne for my next inspection.
Thank you very much Yvonne, you did an awesome job!!

Central A/C - Install
David was earlier than the scheduled time. He was very meticulous and thorough with his service of our system. After being advised from another company that our AC needed a full replacement because of a faulty compressor. We decided to get a second opinion. After all the compressor was not faulty. The outside unit was filthy and the system was low on refrigerant. After the total cleaning of the outside unit and addition of some refrigerant the system runs like it had never missed a beat. Now I understand that it is just a matter of time for a 17 year old Trane system but there are still many hours on this system still. Thank you David and Climate Makers for getting us back up and running.
Response from Climatemakers of VA
"Hi Kevin, WOW! Thanks so much for the stellar review! We're pleased to hear that David exceeded your expectations for service, and glad that our second opinion was able to save you some money! We're always happy to help, let us know when you're ready to replace your system and we'll be sure to provide you with some competitive quotes. We look forward to working with you again."

Not only that, the owner personally contacted me once the job is complete and is actually going above and beyond in the follow up care of our unit. as a business owner, myself, I know the value of Customer Service and Mike Hayes and his team of professionals have provided what I would call #GameChangingService Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and I plan on writing a positive review about them on multiple platforms
