Climate Pro

I had Climate Pro and a number of other providers quote on replacing my AC Unit. Climate Pro's price was good and their service even better. Rusty is very professional and made sure that I was happy with everything about the installation. The AC Unit is extremely quiet too. I highly recommend them for HVAC service and installation.

I made a call to Rusty after a recommendation and left a msg. By the end of the day, he called me back and made arrangements to come have a look at my older unit the next day in the afternoon. He kept his word and was there just when I arrived home from work. That alone was pretty great as the AC service people are pretty busy this time of year and not all companies keep their commitments. Within 30 mins he knew what I needed and topped my unit off with gas. He had the replacement part in his truck and provided a clear understanding of the service and cost upfront. Rusty is a nice guy, professional and kind. I highly recommend Climate Pro and Rusty with no hesitation!!

I must say they were not only amazing but went WAY ABOVE and beyond. This was a rental property and I had guests checking in in 2 days and the owner offered to drive as far as 2 1/2 hours away to pick up the part needed to get my heat blower replaced, they called the manufacturer to get the part covered under a warranty I didn’t even know I had, and got it done before the guests arrived. I truly cannot recommend them higher. The price was very fair and the level of service was so top notch. They genuinely care about their customers.

About the exceptional conscientious service I got. Including other very small things that were required, as they noticed needed attention. Josh, the service technician, is very polite and is very well versed on detailed information he provided me concerning the quoted price, including info on what was included or excluded. Steve, partner of the firm, who assisted Josh on the installation of the new AC unit, also is incredibly knowledgeable of their business. This is new player in town that I recommend very highly for any HVAC need, including plumbing work you may need. Excellent service provider!!!

Another company tried to scare us into thinking that we needed our system entirely replaced, and quoted us $8000. Steve showed up ready to give us a competing quote, but offered to take a look first. Five minutes of inspection, he found a loose connection, fixed it, and our AC is back up and running. He refused payment, even though he spent more than an hour satisfying my paranoia and looking into all the things that the other company had said was wrong with our system. A true professional, and a true Christian. He's certainly won our future business and our trust. Thanks, Steve!

They were fast and efficient and polite and knowledgable

Steve Rogers came out on Monday morning after I texted him Sunday evening to see if he could make it for a last minute call before we had to head out of town. Gave me an appointment, called 30 minutes prior to arrival that he was inbound. Found previous contractor's work (not a Home Advisor provider) from Sunday morning after a Saturday no-show to be a total ripoff and fixed it properly. Found out Steve has a Master's degree in Divinity Studies, pastor's at his church, raised 4 churches, and was a veteran of the Navy. Taught A/C at a tech school before being recruited by York but he services all makes. What a find!
