All that was wrong was a loose wire but I was still charged $75 for a job that took less than 5 minutes to complete. Ridiculous.

"The $75 charge was for the diagnostic/trip. It was agreed upon before we arrived at the house. We did not charge this customer to repair the wire. We are sorry for any misunderstanding we had with the customer."

It was a pleasurable experience from Debra answering the phone and scheduliing the service call to James coming out within the hour. This was customer service at it's best. We were not getting heat on the fist floor of our home. James came in and tended to the problem in a quick manner and my furnace was running in no time. He did not try to use a scare tactics by telling me that I need a new furnace like other companies have done. He was the utmost professional, explained everything complete and concise. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will definitely use this company again.

ClimateSmith showed up the same day that I called. I'd been told in the spring by another company servicing my air conditioner, that my furnace was unsafe and shouldn't be turned on this Fall. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and ClimateSmith made an adjustment, checked for Co2 leaks, there were none, and declared my furnace safe. Not only safe, but probably good for another 4 or 5 yrs. Thank-you for your honesty and quick, affordable service. I'll glady recommend you to others.

Called in on a Friday night with an air conditioner problem. I got a call back in 20 minutes and they scheduled the service the next day at no extra charge. They came out an took care of the problem and were very up front about the situation. They told me I needed a new AC (mine is 10 years old) unit but they could charge the old unit for now and take care of it in the spring. They weren't pushy and they gave me an estimate for the new unit. I'll definitely use them for all my heating and AC needs because of their honesty.

My A/C stopped working on a Friday night. I called ClimateSmith Saturday morning and they came out that afternoon to assess the problem. I needed a new unit so it was ordered and installed first thing Tuesday morning. They are a very nice, professional, family-owned business. I have told all of my friends about them!

Immediate call back (~2 minutes after submitting request!). They didn't leave the area code on the voicemail which could be an issue here. Scheduling was very nice and information on rates. They were able to be here at the 3pm time (called around Noon) and did call 20 minutes before arriving. Friendly, courteous and very thorough service. I did recommend them to my neighbor who came over during my service.

My system had gone down and the unit was 14 years old. They came out to give me a quote on a new unit but decided to see if they could fix it. They found the problem and made the repair at a reasonable price and saved me the headache of replacing the AC unit. They were very nice and cordial and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
