After researching several other hvac companies and getting a wide array of solutions and prices, we were initially drawn in to the professional approach Climate Solutions gave us. They took the time to educate us on our situation and how their solutions were resolve our issues. They gave us a very fair price and worked very hard to install our heat pump in our basement and repair a cooling problem in the upstairs system. They didn't stop until we were fully satisfied with everything....great job!!

The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem and resolution. The only negative aspect was they required a $75 fee to come out when most other companies will give free estimates.

Good phone contact. Hit their appointment schedule 3 times. Did the work as described. Family owned business and a family member supervised the installation crew. As promised. I went with their recommended upgrade and I feel very happy with it.
