First off, this company's customer service is FANTASTIC. There are several pros that do great work, but their customer service is the worst, this is NOT the case. Katie is responsive, friendly and stays in contact before, during and after the work. She answered all of my questions on site about the health of my palm trees, did a beautiful trimming job (especially on my 30' washington palm) and the clean up was great, no left over debri in the grass or pathways. I would absolutely hire them again. In fact, already planning to have them come back on work on my carnary palm next spring. Thank you for excellent service from start to end.

The work (trimming an over grown elm and removing a sapling but not grinding the stump) was done on time and the people were courteous. However, the two person team cleaned up the site , put away their equipment and were ready to leave but had not checked in with me to see if I was satisfied with the job. In fact, a few items remained undone which they completed after I pointed them out. Climb High gave me an estimate before the job. In the end I paid almost $400 for less than two man hours of work. My bad. Definitely overpaid. Although Home Advisor is "free to use", it is not free. Whatever HA charges the contractor makes it way into the price one way or another. Beware.

While evaluating the condition of the tree the climber discovered that the tree roots were unstable and demonstrated this by simply pushing on the tree. When it nearly tipped over we made a plan to rent a lift at my cost (but no additional mark up) and take it down like that. He’d already taken one down so I knew he was capable. They removed the diseased and bug ridden wood and completely cleaned and raked everything as though they were never there. Safety was their first concern so no injuries or damage were incurred. Great customer service. Friendly and professional as well.

Great company

Kailey and Chris came out to my house within a couple days of requesting an estimate. Their price was great, and they started on the job almost immediately. They showed up each morning when they said they would, worked hard while they were here, and cleaned up the yard each night before they left. Watching Chris climb and cut the trees was so cool. They were super fun to talk to, and were kind enough to answer all of the questions my children had. This was a BIG job, and they made it look easy. When the time comes for us to tackle some of the tree related jobs on our property, we will definitely be calling them to come back.

The crew arrived around 12 noon and tree was down and gone by 5:00. The crew was friendly and professional and left the area clean after work was completed. They also gave pointers on replanting and what to avoid with large trees. I will be hiring again

Climb High Tree Care did an excellent job in trimming our six oak trees. Along with their careful trimming, they educated us on why they were cutting and trimming in certain areas. We liked their artistic eye on the shape of the trees and how the canopy of each tree affected our use underneath the trees. They were timely in their appointment times and did exactly what they said. Kailey was available every step of the project and kept us informed as she continued. We don't often take the time to compliment a job well done. I would like to take this opportunity to say that I was extremely satisfied with the work that this company did. Although they are a newly established, small company, the employees have up to 15 or more years of experience in this business. Jessy, a licensed arborist, came out to do the estimate. She arrived on time, was very pleasant and went right to work looking over my oak tree and suggesting what should be done to properly lift and trim it. I could tell she knew her business because she explained things just as I had been told before by a tree surgeon. She found areas where previous trimming was done incorrectly and explained how it caused stress to the tree and how her team could overcome the issues. In addition to her instilling confidence in me, her bid was very reasonable, so I contracted the job with her company. They arrived right on time as promised, and worked diligently to trim & lift my live oak, and remove 2 dead ornamental trees. They were very professional, and exercised care as not damage any of my property. Jessy worked with the tree trimmer throughout the job, instructing him which limbs to trim and exactly where to make the cut. And she consulted with me periodically to make sure I was happy with the way the job was progressing . They wanted to be sure they provided me with the result I wanted . I couldn't have had my tree in better hands. Although they are a small company, between their work knowledge and experience and the fact that they work very well together, they provided me with a great work product. They were efficient and conscientious, did everything listed on the quote, and then some - with a smile! and did a thorough clean up afterwards. Overall, it was a pleasant experience so I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.
