Kevin was on time, courteous, and explained things thoroughly. He worked quickly (but not rushed) and I would certainly use him again.

I requested help with a plumbing issue that I was planning. Cline Plumbing was the only one to respond and it was the next AM. We set up an appointment. He was on time and did an excellent installation. Later I got over my ability in my project.I called Cline and they came out the next day and bailed me out. Definitely added Cline Plumbing to my list of favorite contractors.

I needed to install a new 50 gal gas water heater after my 20 year old water heater finally died. I called Kevin at Cline Plumbing after having been quoted an astronomical $2650 from Ben Franklin Plumbing and paying them $59 for the pleasure of doing so. Obviously Ben Franklin was trying to take advantage of my situation. Anyway, I gave Kevin the specifics over the phone and he simply asked me to take one measurement for him (instead of charging me for a visit to come out to do it himself). This saved me time and money. This was on a Saturday. He came out the following Monday and I had hot water by Monday afternoon. It cost me $1350 (his original quote over the phone) plus another $200 when he discovered an issue with another part. At no time did I feel he was trying to take advantage of me. It's been a few days and I've seen no issues. I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him.

The second leak, the plumber found, seemed a little high on price. Too replace a copper T fitting. A job that took him 15 min. He charged 150$. Maybe it's me but that seems a little high.

They were prompt, kept us informed of the procedures as they worked, courteous, and left no mess. They knew what they were doing. It was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend them to others.

The end price ended up being $100 higher than quoted. Otherwise, they did excellent work. Part of the price increase was due to discovering additional issues, but $50 was extra as part of the quote on arrival.

Kevin is a great person to work with. He is very accommodating to ones schedule - the customer seems to come first. He's very knowledgable and willing to share tips and tricks, but never condescending. I would and WILL use him on my future plumbing needs, both gas and water.

Very happy with results! Installed new tankless water heater and ran about 50 ft of new 1" natural gas line to feed it. Same day estimate. He started the next morning and was done by 1:30 PM. Highly recommend!
