Tank was successfully pumped but in the process the worker dropped the lid and cracked it into pieces. A temporary replacement lid was supplied that was too large. After 5 months and several calls to the company, they came back with a new riser and a lid, but the lid was still too big for the riser and also didn't fit. They refused to replace the lid again with one that fit the riser. I do NOT recommend this company.

"Our company regrets your poor review, if you would like to investigate the corrosive process that occurs inside of ANY concrete tank you may call Tri-County or ANY installer or pumper for additional information. Your tank is 44 years old and was installed in 1968. Manufactures do not make that size lid for your tank, we would be happy to install risers and lids for you but as I mentioned on the phone, we do charge for that. Typically, during the installation of septic systems, we don't even use the concrete lids, due to the very fact they do corrode over a short period of time. You have been lucky to get 44 years"

Everything went perfectly smooth, got a call they were running a bit late but not a problem. I had my septic system pumped out two other times for $350 and $520, Cline did it for $260, they will be pumping my system out for as long as I live here. Thank you

Customer Service was exceptional. I had no idea what Tri-County Health Dept. required for a commercial facility serving the public. Rachelle handled all required paperwork and kept Woodbine abreast. They understood our needs, the job was scheduled & completed in the time frame we were given. Again, the customer service Rachelle provided was outstanding and greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Cline Utilities for the customer service alone.

We had a GREAT experience! First, they called me back ASAP. Second, the employee who called me was sympathetic, kind, and understanding. She got someone out early the next morning. The employee whom came out to the house didn't even come to the door- just did his job and left~ Per my request via my time restraints with four kids and having our mornings very busy. They sent me a bill in the mail with in a week. Very professional company. We plan on using them for all our septic needs.
