I hired Clint to replace our entire septic system and was very happy with the experience. I am renovating my home remotely from across the country and needed someone who was a good communicator, trustworthy and did quality work. I feel I got all of that from Clint. He was very easy to work with throughout this entire process. He helped me navigate what system was best (and most economical) while getting the county approvals. His pricing was straight forward and there were no surprise expenses that typically come up when using other contractors. In fact, Clint took on the cost for a tank upgrade and did not pass that on to me. He also seems to be well-liked at the Napa County building dept. which is another good sign. When we initially spoke about the issue, Clint asked some very good questions and got a good sense for what the issue might be, so itâ s no surprise that he came prepared with a list of things he wanted to check out in order to assess the problem completely. But even before arriving for our scheduled site visit, he kept in close communication to ensure I knew when he would arrive, and to keep me apprised of a circumstance that delayed the arrival. When he did show up, he arrived just when he said he would arrive, and did not keep me waiting. As expected, from the thorough discussion we had initially, Clint was fully prepared to analyze the issue and determine the problems. He asked specific questions, and was able to pinpoint the most likely cause of the most immediate issue. He recommended an immediate resolution, to keep me operating in the short term, and described a range of longer-term solutions that I could choose from to keep the costs under control. We examined the function of my septic system while he was onsite, and conducted several tests to verify that it was operational and to determine to what extent the initial issue heâ d corrected would remain resolved. He did some further probing, and we discussed the next steps, for me. For one possible longer-term solution, he said that I would need to have the septic tank pumped in order to clear the drain to conduct the proposed work. When I mentioned the outfit Iâ d hired to pump the tank most recently, he said that he has a close relationship with that company, and that he would be able to coordinate his work with their work so that there would not be any periods of downtime for the system. He definitely went far beyond my expectations in managing the immediate issue, and in giving me hope for a longer-term solution that I could afford. But even explaining the more involved and more costly options available, his professionalism and demeanor gave me the confidence to know that all of his recommendations were sound and customer-focused. When he left, I felt confident and relieved that the issue was well under control, and that the work heâ ll be performing will keep my system performing for years. Every interaction with Clint gave me confidence in his knowledge, in his ability to assess the situation accurately, and in his desire to help me make the best decisions for my own situation. I wish that every professional contractor met this standard. He gets my highest recommendation. He will be the one I choose for the work I need done now, and will be the first person I call when I need work done in the future, from exploratory and cleaning of lines and the leach field through to tank and leach field repair and replacement. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Clint was punctual, efficient, friendly, polite and really easy to work with. We had him do some clearing on our property and he accomplished in one day what would have taken us weeks. He had to work around water lines and retaining walls without any problems at all. Bidding process was clear and fair. We would happy to work with him again.

Clint went above and beyond spending extra time emptying eight steel barrels full of stone weighing about 350 lbs. each at no charge. I questioned a slope which turned out to be slightly off and he didn't bat an eye and made things right without any fanfare. He showed up when scheduled and was courteous, respectful and polite.

Clint did a great job for us. We weren't sure what was needed for our project .He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. He handled all the paperwork with the county and finished our project on time. Highly recommend for any excavation work big or small.

Clint and Clay were methodical and thorough throughout the project. We had some issues with our engineer's design and they sought out and implemented changes that made our project a success. Can’t say enough about these guys.
