Clive Stevens contacted me almost immediatly when my hot water tank went out even though it was very early on a Saturday. Came over and looked at it later that day and replaced it late Moday so I didn't have to take time off work. Very punctual and professional.

Clive was extremely nice and friendly. He took the time to figure out the root of the leak instead of just trying to fix what I thought was wrong. He crawled into the crawl space and took photos for me to see. He was in and out very quickly and my leak is no longer an issue.
