Not impressed at all. Poor communication between employees led to a delay in my basement flooding problem being fixed and more $ spent then originally quoted. i spent 26000 on a "platinum" package originally to replace the main sewer. My basement continued to flood through the drain that started the problem to begin with. I was told the drain was not connected to the sewer pipe and that they would fix their mistake for free. well that day came and the owner called crying about how his employees were working for "free" . I asked if what they were doing was going to rectify the problem and was told no. I needed to pay them another 4000 for them to connect the drain to the sewer line. this should have been done when they dug the trench in my yard. Long story short they made a mistake and were not professional enough to cover the cost on their end. After spending 30,000$ for a platinum repair i have never felt more robbed in my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had both basement drain and sink in. When doing sink found that the pipe was blocked with calcium and had to be repaired. Although this is a stressful feeling Nick and Chad were amazing and went above and beyond!!! Giving us comfort in this stressful event. Thank you so much Nick and Chad for cleaning our drain and repairing our pipes all while very clean and very personable!! Would highly recommend Clog Busters amazing services.

Charged $2500 for a service with warranty on Monday. Line was cleared and a small break detected. Technician assured us this was not a big issue, that the service he performed would last for at least a year and give us ample time to get the small break repaired during the summer months, when the weather would be better. We were told this service was under warranty. The flooding occurred again on Saturday, approximately 5 days later. They will not warranty their work and want to recharge me to come out to do the same exact job. Terrible racket! Completely dishonest.

Horrible service way to over price very rude !!

Clog Busters is a bit expensive, but they tell you ahead of time what you will need to pay if you want them to do the work. Our toilet was clogged and to our surprise a cloth had been flushed down the toilet. We were very satisfied with the work completed and appreciate the quick turnaround time.

This company approaches your drain clog like buying insurance. Their sales pitch is to sell you a level of service plan and not to solve your issue. Because of the $60 trip fee, I felt compelled to use their service even though the situation felt deceptive - but they are the professionals right. The least expensive option was called a Band-Aid and cost me over $500! Then less than 4 days later the clog was back When I called to have them fix it, they wanted another $350 plus a $50 trip charge. Totally feel scammed. All I wanted was to have a professional come and clear the drain - technically that happened but for ONLY 4 days!!! I expected to at least have a conversation with the technician or owner to figure out the best way to resolve the situation but the office scheduler who does not even know the service plan breakdown or costs was expected to give me the message that it will be more money regardless. I do NOT recommend this company! Issue NOT resolved.

5 stars! Aaron Cozad was fantastic. He made a stressful & distressing situation calm with his knowledge, skill & decency. He was very informative &walked us through all our options & helped clear up the issue so we could resolve the situation of water leaking though the ceiling of our new home.

When I called them to set the appointment, they were very responsive and got us in sooner than expected. Identified the problem and resolved the issue quickly.

Overly expensive but prompt and courteous

BEWARE - Bait and switch tactics are employed by this company. I called to schedule having my drain cleared of a hair clog and expressly communicated what was needed. I asked what the charge would be for clearing a single drain and was told there was a $59.99 Inspection fee, and that if it was indeed a simple clog that needed to be cleared the charge would be $100 and the inspection fee would be waived, so I scheduled the work. The technician arrived and verified - via (turning on the water and letting it run) - that the drain was, in fact, clogged. He then proceeded to show me a tablet with 4 levels of service that I could select from in order to have them clear the clog. The first option was $1,000, second approximately $750, third around $500, and fourth was $200. I explained what I had been told over the phone and the technician said Oh, that option is if you simply want to pay our hourly rate. We charge $100 per half-hour - PLUS the inspection fee, so the $200 option is the better deal. He was rude about the explanation, and essentially gave me no real choice, so I paid the $200 and left him to clear the drain. THREE minutes later he announced the drain had been cleared and left. After seeing him out of the house I went to the bathroom in question and he had left the water running, but, the drain was clear. I called the office to register a complaint about the cost. The person who answered the phone said she would talk to the owner/manager and that person would get back to me, but I have never heard from them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Clog Busters. They are unethical and will attempt to sell you services you do not need.
