They did a good job. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was that they did manage to leave a few loose screws in my carpet. Thankfully I vacuumed them up before we could step on them.

Project was a custom set of built-shelves, but to date, the project is not done properly and the company is working to make it right. Shelf trim and counters were cut so that two unsightly seams showed; no supports were placed under 36" permanent weight-bearing shelves; job was overall done poorly and unprofessionally.

I have not had the bookcases built yet, but the designer that came to my house was very knowledgable and helpful and worked with us to find the best solution. She was very professional and pleasant.

The only complaint is the workmen continually spoke Spanish while installing the cabinet. Since I was in the same room I thought it was rude.

We had them install a custom entertainment center built in to a wall niche. The project presented some unique challenges, but they managed to meet them all. We still need to have them out to trim one shelf down, but otherwise are completely satisfied with the product.

The installation was very rough, they damaged my walls quite a bit and only slightly repaired them. The project was not completed on time and one of the units was not built to plan. A lot of the finishing was not done very well. Overall it looks nice but I would be hesitant to use them again.

Great service...the rep helped me design the project in a way that enhanced my house without breaking my budget. I got 2 closets, a pantry, computer desk/cabinets and a custom bookcase at a very reasonable price, but they look elegant!
