Great product and service. The designer was wonderful and made terrific suggestions. The installer was polite and very good at his job. The finished product is even better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this business.

Very professional

I found Jeff's company on the Angi app when my old school wire closet racks fell months after I bought my first home. In a panic, I reached out to Jeff and he immediately calmed my nerves and sent sketches and quotes of a brand new wood closet which he assured would not fall like the wire racks. It was a seamless process and his guys did an amazing job of installing a closet that I least expected when I originally reached out to Jeff. I thought it would just be a repair job, but I ultimately decided on getting a brand new closet and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks!

The finished closet is great-exactly what I envisioned. Closet Furnishings needs to work on communicating better with customers, however. Had I not followed up multiple times, I’m not sure the work would have ever been scheduled or completed.

Very good work & professional

Jeff and his team were great to work with. He was patient as I struggled with what I wanted to build in around my fireplace. He walked me through several different options and did not try to push the highest priced option.The finished product is beautiful, functional and really finishes the room. His team showed up early and worked diligently to assure the project was completed on time. They were courteous and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. I highly recommend them - in fact I just sent Jeff a message about another project.

The closet looks great but there are some gaps because the walls are uneven. The owner wanted extra money to cover the gaps and when I said that I’ve exhausted my budget, he said that he will send a guy to fix it next time they are in the building. If I recommend him to my friends and he gets more business he will also throw in a top for my shoe shelf. He hasn’t called back regarding the issue so that’s still to be seen.
