Closet Paradise

we hired dave of closet paradise to redo our daughters closet. firstly this person is virtually impossible to get a hold. I attempted to contact him 2 months ago. when he reached back to me it was almost Christmas time . he insisted on coming in to my house just before Christmas and getting the measurements done because he wanted to be paid. I told him it was not feasible as it was the holidays. I asked if he could come in January, his response and I quote I am busy you call me back, so I reached out again in January, after about 10 phone calls and messages he agrees to come by and take measurements, he then proceeded to tell me he will get it done on Friday. however come Friday no phone call or message so I reached out to him and asked him what the issue was. in the meantime my daughter had removed everything from her closet to have it ready for the install. david texts me back to say I am not coming . he said he was busy and left it at that. if this project was too small or he was too busy he simply should have said so . instead he lead us along to believe he can do this. and did not so much have the courtesy to call or apologize. I have never dealt with anyone so rude. he did not bother to make up for this or offer to come in on Saturday. in the meantime my daughter now has all her clothing and shoes out on the floor in her room and it will take another 3 weeks before we find someone else to do this. I felt he treated me with the utmost disrespect right from the time of the phone call . I feel like he changed his mind as it was a small project and did not have the decency to call ahead and say he cannot do it. i will never hire anyone who treats custiomers this way

Very good experience working with David. He accommodated us base on our time schedule. Not all companies do that .He completed the project on promised time. I would use his services again.

Great working with David! He kept his word on when the project would be completed. He came on time and finished on time. The storage installed were exactly what I wanted and more. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to do storage cabinets. Look forward to working with David again.

David is a hard working man and does excellent work. Calling him with questions , was like dealing with a personal friend. I thoroughly loved and hs work and I hope to have other jobs for him in the furure.

David did a really great job, he designed the closet I asked for and also provided suggestions to make it even better. They showed up on a Sat. at 8:00 (on time) and finished by 2:30. Everything was done very well and he also offered to come back to add anything I may need in the future.
