Kenny worked with us on the design, offering great suggestions. He came to our house, and took measurements and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. Within a few weeks he built us a beautiful wall unit/bookshelf that is now the centerpiece of our living room. He showed up on time when he said he would come and built it in 3 consecutive business days. He even helped adjust a few cabinets and handles from our kitchen cabinets that had nothing to do with the work he quoted. Also very friendly...I highly recommend kenny and closet pros!

Tommy and Ken are awesome! I had my master closets done. Tommy was very prompt and listened to my wishes in order to create design. He’s also very personable. Ken (owner) also came out on the day of installation and made a minor change to my design after thoroughly explaining the reason. They were in and out in the promised time and cleaned up nicely. They both take pride in the work they do. I will definitely use them again.

Ken the Owner is there from start to finish on the job. He does what he says and says what he does. High quality materials, great installation. He can custom make or recreate any vision you have for your dream closet. Mine is better than I could of imagined. He knows his stuff and since everything is custom made will fit even the most difficult closet like mine since the walls were not square. In a time when most contractors over-promise and under-deliver this is one job that I have soooo happy with!

Ken Fischer is the best! He worked with us on every detail. Was prompt with everything he promised. If we had a question, he got back to us in seconds. After he installed our master closet, we realized it needed a few changes. He came back promptly and made the necessary changes. I should mention that Ken installed our closets even though he had a much more pressing personal issue. He wanted to make sure we had our closets before our movers came., which we did. We could not ask for more than that. He was professional, easy to work with and very fair with pricing. If I could, I would give him more than five stars!

The service he provided was first class he was an absolute gentleman did everything promised in a completely professional manner came to the job in timely fashion and was always in contact with me I could not give anyone a better recommendation and anyone that s doing any closet work I can strongly advise you to use him and trust his abilities

Kenny is a very nice guy and very responsive. He contacted me right away, and built an entire new master closet with a 24hr turnaround. I’m thoroughly enjoying my new closet. I would definitely recommend him. I’ll be reaching out to him in the near future for my guest room closet.

Closet Pro does an amazing job and will not disappoint. Rebuilt both of my closets in the master suite. Kenny, the owner came by quickly to give the estimate, follows up to any and all questions, and was on site for installation. He is very meticulous about the workmanship and final product. I love that he takes the time to ensure that the design drafts are delivered promptly and that the plans meet the customers needs. He carefully and kindly guides the customer to option maximizing space effectively. Kenny leaves you with a great feeling that if you need anything else to just call him up and he will handle it. Be wary. I regret hiring him. On my job, he left the Closet installation panel and door with multiple gauges, exposed silver screws that were not countersinking and plugged and stuck out like sore thumb against white finish, door did not match smooth installation drawers as promised and was rough and unfinished and gouges. From afar all looked ok in photo-text he sent, when I texted back photo looks beautiful (from afar) he went ahead and charged my credit card for the job without up-close inspection. I was away when he finished and trusted him, my mistake, lesson learned. So I had to have him come back and replace the gouged panels and fill in the holes of exposed silver screws. I asked him *are your other customers really ok with this lack of attention to detail, cutting corners with exposed screws, gouges, etc??* and he said they usually do not look as closely as I did. Here is the kicker: I found my nice rain jacket I had left hanging in the garage, on floor crumpled up in corner of garage with paint lines on it, when confronted with that he admitted he had mistakenly leaned freshly painted closet door on it, and I said ok but why did you try to hide it? Just own up to it! The raincoat dishonesty combined with the cutting corners on the finished work and gouges tells me not to trust him to *make it right* by taking him up on offer coming back again and giving me a free closet instead of this negative review. No I would rather use a bigger professional closet installation company for my remaining 5 closets than have him back. I just can not believe this is same guy as other reviews. Shaking my head. He also did not take the Synchrony home card promotion with Homeadvisor as Homeadvisor had told me their vendors did.

Kenny is great and very knowledgeable in his field. He worked with us to get what we wanted and was flexible with our schedule. I would recommend him for your next closet remodel.
