Received an estimate same day. Saw computer drawing of closet. When closet was installed, it was beautiful! Working with this company has been fantastic. They are very professional and answered all of my questions. They actually listen to you when you are describing what you're vision is. They make honesty recommendations and tell you why they are doing so. I recently called them for a built in office. I'll review it after it's installed! I highly recommend this company! Phone agent was very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for the same week the designer came out and gave a couple options he was very personable and understanding of our desires for the closet three weeks later installer came out and installed cabinets very professional excellent job and cleaned up after. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a CLOSET remodel done

Great customer service in design, installation and follow up. Designer explained logic with design which enabled us to see a design from a different company wouldn't work (designer did not bad mouth other company at all). We had custom closets in our previous home from a different company that is not available in Murrieta. Felt that the design from Tailored Living was superior but the actual product was not up to the same quality.

The job was not done correctly, they had to come out and make the changes. when they did make the changes it was poorly done. The finished job looked nothing like what they showed in their brochures. They were hard to get hold of when I needed them
