Mr. Russell was very professional in his work. He went about his business as soon as he arrived, worked quietly without a break. and did the job better than the original job a few years ago. He was very pleasant, described what needed to be done and I could understand what he said. I would hire this man and this company in a heartbeat to do other work around my house. His price was very fair.The office was great to work with too. This job gave me more satisfaction than any I have had done for a long time. I am one very happy camper.

Best handyman I ever worked with; walks the talk. Easy to talk with, & very punctual. !st day schedule was for 9 AM -he was in our driveway at 8:45 AM. 2nd day, again was 10 minutes early. Cleaned up all mess & replaced stuffs that he moved. Totally impressive !

Margot always returned a phone call and was very nice and professional during phone conversations. Russ was on time and very personable. Russ and his team did a great job of hanging our VERY heavy mirror above the mantel. They took the time to make sure all measurements were accurate and did a great job at a very reasonable cost! We plan to use them again for other projects.

The work was sufficient for what I paid. They arrived to look at the work we had discussed mid-morning, then left to get supplies but were gone nearly two hours. Didn t even start working until close to 1pm. Probably could have finished in one day if time was more of a priority. I do not feel like they were very tidy as there was some paint and work dust left on the floor. They were able to get my requests done quickly, which I appreciated.

Do not use this company!! The customer representative stated the job would be no more that $200, so we decided to move forward. Upon completion, Russ stated we owed $300. Job was simple (2) grab bars mounted and floating desk mounted. No assembly required. Took him 3 hours to locate studs and mount!!! So, he charged me $100/hr. AND, no receipt!!

"Im sorry that you felt the need to rate my handywork so low. my customer service spoke to you twice saying we have a $200 minimum and she also told you it won't be more than $300 and you said you remembered. Your installation included modifications to the wall. I also repaired other items that i did not charge you for ( your previosly installed desk amd toilet seat). I also said I would come back to swap out the white desk you didn't want for the brown desk you ordered. the job was not complete and you didn't ask for a receipt. We are both in the customer service business and unfair reviews are dissappointing at best."

Russ is simply terrific! He completed several jobs for us and we couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail and his superior skills. He installed 5 ceiling fans, 3 pendent lights, a new dining room light, 2 exterior garage lights and 50 cabinet pulls. Every job was done well. I would give him an unqualified recommendation for any handyman work. If I need any other work done in my house I will certainly call him again!

Russ is a real nice guy and does good work. He also listens to the customer before doing anything so there aren t any misunderstandings or surprises. I became paralyzed following a spinal cord injury, so I am in a situation where unfortunately I have to pay someone to do all of my home repairs. I will be calling Closing Detail again as I will need some smaller miscellaneous jobs done around my house in the future. Give them a chance and I m pretty confident you will be saving their telephone number to your contact list and recommending them to friends!
