The person was professional, wore shoe covers in the house and did a good job. My problem is with Jeremy the owner. I was having this service done for my daughter as a new home to her gift. Even though I was the person at the home and the only contact person, he insisted on having my daughters phone number for reference and I told him not to call her. Nevertheless, he had the worker call her (at work) when the worker was going to be early, text her at 5:30 AM for a review (she had been asleep for 3 hours and it woke her up) and the receipt is made out in her name. Jeremy also had a snippy attitude when I inquired about if vacuuming the furnace might cause damage (which when researching this was mentioned as a possibly) and gave me some vague answer on the type of system they used to clean the vents. Service was good, customer service not. UPDATE 12/04/2019: Jeremy got back to me. and denied everything about not calling my daughter which I had vehemently told him not to do. I will never call this company again. Although the work was performed well, the owner of the company does not take responsibility for himself or his employeeS.

Uriel arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond on cleaning both air ducts and dryer ducts. An excellent experience all around.

Attempted to clean my dryer vent. Had good looking equipment. Seemed knowledgeable. I watched them work. It all seemed good. But, after they left the dryer vent was still partially blocked. Dryer was complaining about the duct being 80% blocked. Called another company to talk about a booster fan. They wanted to try to clean it first. It was shocking how much lint and rodent droppings were still in the pipe. The vent has a few more turns than normal. I suspect that simply confused the tech. The company and tech were easy to work with.

Cloud nine contacted me within 5 minutes of my submission to Hone Advisor. , gave me a quote and also offered three appointment options immediately. The service person arrived on time and explained what he was going to do- then he went to work. Very efficient. When complete, the tech reviewed what he had done and also left us a separate quote for window washing ( a service he and I talked about while he was cleaning the ducts.). Five star service!!!

Cleaned our heating ducts and dryer vent. Did a great job, in a reasonable amount of time.

Arrived on time. Helpful and respectful of my carpets and hardwoods. Would ask that they open the vents before they leave and test the air flow. There were particles that blew out of vents when I started the system.

On time and did a fine job. Did not plug in unplugged objects or return chairs to original spots but otherwise was fine
