They were great

Cloud 9 worked with me to have the carpeting cleaned after the home was sold and we moved out, They were patient with the timing of the move and having to gain access to the house through a lock box, The cleaning was thorough and the carpets were left fresh and clean, looking new when the new owners moved in.

She was so friendly, we set 3 hours but was not enough so we couldn't finished even add it up one more hour. Bu she did a good job. I am happy.

They were quick to respond and call me. They were quick to set up an appointment for cleaning. The work was done very well and at a very fair price for what we needed completed. We have booked them for the next several months and will continue to do so as long as the quality and price stays the same.

If there were a 6 star rating I would rank Uriel the technician there. He was very professional and knowledgeable and an educator as well. He explained what he was doing ,how he was doing it, and why. He was very aware of my needs as a senior citizen who needed assistance because of a physical disability and went out of his way to be certain I was safe in a changing environment. My over 15 year old wall to wall carpet is looking much younger and happier than it has in years. Customer service was quick to address a concern I had and resolved the problem in a very short time frame. I will strongly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone I know is in a need for carpet cleaning. We had our windows cleaned by Lars, he was punctual, very professional and polite and engaging when you talked with him. He got right down to business and did and excellent job. I would not hesitate to hire Cloud 9 services again, and we will surely recommend Cloud 9 to our friends that are also contemplating a window washing service.

There was a problem getting a chair clean so Jeremy sent Anthony back to clean it a second time. Because Cloud 9 was so nice about trying to fix the problem, I hired them to clean my windows when Anthony came back. He did an excellent job with both projects and I plan to have them come back next year to clean the furniture, if it needs cleaning, and definitely the windows.

Outstanding window cleaning--perfect in every way. Technician arrived on time, friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Windows, screens and window tracks cleaned perfectly. Have tried other window cleaning services, none came even close to the fine quality of service provided by Cloud 9 and tech Uriel, Best of all--I am looking through windows so clean that I would swear that they didn't even have glass in them. Cannot recommend them highly enough and intend to use Cloud 9 in the future for all other needed cleaning services

This was a great overall experience. They were so quick to respond and able to schedule very quickly. The tech that came to our house was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I would absolutely hire them again!

The service people were courteous and professional. They treated my home with respect and provided quality service. My furniture is quite old but the finished product was excellent.
