Flood Cleanup 123

First of all, I had to help the man with the recovery and cleanup for 3 hours. During the entire cleanup time, he constantly complained how he should have brought a 2nd man because it was a 2-man job. The furnace room has a tricky door to open. Rather than ask me about it, he took the door off the hinges. He told me about it at the end of the job, but never put it back on its hinges. It has still not been replaced.

These guys are great! I was stuck out of state when I learned we had a flooded basement. Cloud Nine worked with me to schedule the earliest possible time when I could be there and they had the place cleaned up and ready for next steps quickly and professionally. Very professional, thorough and nice guys.

I was very pleased. Charles came out on a Sunday to help with my water woes. He then worked with me and my family in our time frame and was very accomodating with the service. He kept us informed with phone calls and was always easy to get a hold of. He was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this company again.

My sectional has never been cleaner. He spent an hour cleaning it. Kind, friendly and timely service. Spots were removed from the carpet which made it look nearly new.

We were very disappointed that he was 2 and a half hours late

They came out at 3am to dry my basement from a sump pump failure. It wasn't cheap, but then it was 3am. Basement is dry with no mold evident.

Came out immediately and cleaned our carpets when needed

Very Professional, work was performed efficiently and if there was a problem with a stain I was informed immediately and asked to look at it. Some stains weren't removed. He was nice, but seemed to be overwhelmed. Was surprised that starting at 5:30PM meant finishing late and that it would be dark. He should have lights with him and better drying choices.

I was very pleased with how clean Cloud Nine got my carpets. I was also pleased at the price. I will most likely use them again in the future.
