"Diagnosing of the exact amount of wood rot damage is only possible by taking the affected structure apart. This is why a Time and Material Contract was used in this case. We were able to avoid substantial costs by removing/replacing some sub flooring from the crawlspace versus removing a French door along with the interior/exterior trim."
