From start to finish the owner Mike was extremely knowledgeable, informative and meticulous in the installation to the cleanup. He guided us in what we needed not what he could sell us. His years of sales and service really shows. After the cleanup he walked us through all aspects of operation, maintenance and made sure he answered every question. The quality of work, product and customer service was second to none. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you Cloverleaf for a great experience. We will highly recommend you!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the springs were $17.99 each. I was thinking with labor taxes and what not would be about $100.00 to have them both replaced. When I asked about price was told that they are $17.99 each plus tax and labor. Had I been told my bottom line would be approaching the $200.00 mark I might have had only the broken spring replaced.

"I only replaced what was needed. When you have 1 broken spring you need to replace the other one. Springs were $17.00 each. Also your pulleys were bad so they needed to be replaced, and the drive lift cables were frayed and ready to break, so they had to be replaced. So by doing all these parts now this saved you another service call when the other items would of broken shortly. The door is working nice and smooth now, I also informed you that your opener is starting to go bad, and would have to be replaced as it is to old to work on and does not have the safety eyes."
