Definitely do not recommend for mowing, I hired him because I?m new to the area and when I got home my yard was burned in multiple spots from being cut too short. There is giant clumps all over the yard and up against the house. When I asked if he could fix it or issue a partial refund he got defensive and didn?t own up to it at all and just hearted my message. Now I?m out $75 for a mow and stuck with a yard covered in clumps and very burned.

Unfortunately, our experience with this lawn service was extremely disappointing. We understand that our grass was long when they came to mow, but it was green and healthy beforehand. After the service, our yard was left with clumps of grass EVERYWHERE, and much of the grass was completely brown and appears to have been burned. We paid $75 for a fairly small yard and reached out to the owner in a very respectful manner to try to come to a resolution. We asked if he could either come back and fix the issues or provide a partial refund so that we could take care of the yard ourselves. Instead of working with us, his response was very defensive, passive-aggressive, and disrespectful, and he was unwilling to find any reasonable resolution. Mistakes can happen, and we were more than willing to give the business an opportunity to make things right.
