Joseph comes off extremely professional and experienced in the concrete business. He has had a 50% deposit since the beginning of January. After delay after delay we came to an agreement that he would begin the job on March 9, 2020. On Sunday, March 8, he emailed me and said because of weather conditions he wouldn t be at the job site on March 9. I asked him to return my deposit and he never responded to me. I have tried to reach him by phone, but he refuses to take my phone calls. Additionally, he told me he put my job behind other clients because he d rather have me upset than 3 other customers. Joseph also admitted when he first agreed to take my job that he sent his B team to work on the project. His workers were disrespectful and left cigarette butts all over the property. For two and half months, Joseph has had the yard torn up with a huge hole in front of the door. We have to use a board to get into the house. Under no circumstance would I ever recommend this company.

Joe did a really good job. He was quick and efficient. He took the time to answer my questions about the process that he was doing. I felt he did a really good job. I have already recommended him to a friend who was needing the same type of work. I will definitely use again if needed. Great job and work ethic.
