"This project involved two contractors. The first completed the countertop and sink demolition and installation; however, the plumbing was not connected at the time of installation. Unaware of this, the homeowner ran the dishwasher, which caused the flooding. Our company had not yet begun work. We later completed the backsplash demolition and reinstallation, finishing the project within two days, in accordance with the contract and promised completion date. Complained about color of each tile."
