Clyners

I hired Jennifer team to clean our EMPTY home as we prepared to sell it. I paid for a deep cleaning, which should have included baseboards and windows. Needless to say, this wasn't done. I received no photos upon finishing, so I had to drive over an hour back to the house to make sure it was done. Upon entering the place, the hard barley even been swept. The kitchen door had mud all over. The baseboards in several rooms were not finished. I don't even think a vacuum was used. The bathroom was gross. Bathtub not even wiped down. Trim is disgusting. Windows still dirty. Jennifer told me the cleaner was going to be there at 830am she didn't arrive until almost 430pm and then she was only there for an hour.....HOW DID SHE CLEAN A 4 BEDROOM 2 BATH IN 1 HOUR After communicating with the owner, Jennifer, she said she would confirm with the cleaner with photos. This is where it gets messy.... Jennifer sent photos at 930pm of the before and after door. Mind you, we were at the property at 630 pm the same day. She LIED about what was done, AND THEN SHE WENT BACK AND TOOK THE HOUSE KEY, RE-ENTERED THE HOME, CLEANED THE BACK DOOR, AND SENT A PHOTO SAYING IT WAS DONE THE WHOLE TIME AND WE ARE LYING. I asked Jennifer if she sent the girl back to the house, and Jennifer said she told her to get her pictures of the house but didn't recommend she go back inside. BUT THE CLEANER WENT BACK UNAUTHORIZED INTO MY HOME. Also, no actions were taken to make this better other than Jennifer telling me she fired the girl because she's never used her before, even though she lied to me and said she's had all of her cleaners for a long time. When I asked Jennifer why the place was still so dirty, she said I didn't pay for a DEEP DEEP CLEAN. Just a deep clean....wow I'm not sure how long it was supposed to take, but Jennifer(owner) told me the cleaner was late and left early for another job

Every room looked good when I got home, and communication was easy. I've tried a few different cleaning companies, but this is the first one I'll actually stick with. The cleaners are reliable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
