Due to a leak in the basement, all of the wall-to-wall carpeting in my family room became soaked and started to smell bad very quickly. I had contacted several companies through HomeAdvisor, but Ernie with CO Construction and Demo, was the first to contact me and made a point of coming over that day. His crew was still on another job and would not be able to come until the next day, so Ernie made the decision to help me out by doing the entire job himself. He moved all of the furniture and hauled all of the soaking wet carpeting and padding (piece by piece) up the stairs and out to his truck, by himself. It was a big, nasty job. He was totally hands on and worked incredibly hard! Monique W.

Team was very prompt with quotes and scheduling. When we had a miscommunication on an element of the job, they came back the next morning to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. All with smiles on their faces. Very good experience.

Had them come tear out a moss rock wall above a fireplace and sitting area the length of the wall (built in the late '70s), new drywall, mud and taped, and textured wall. Did the job with minimal noise and dust and cleaned up. Everyone on the teams showed up on time, very friendly, and easy to talk with, and very professional. Quality of work was great. Would hire them again.

The were by far one of the best contractor's we have worked with. Ernie is great at staying in touch and communicating. Everyone on his team showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. And the quality of the work for the money was outstanding.

i had them come out to tear down a carport that was falling apart and they did a fantastic job of it and cleanup i also had a problem with a family of racoons tearing up the back of my roof they managed to remove them also i couldnt be more pleased Great Job i would recommend them
