Charged a $107 after he came out just to give me a quote to repair or replace my AC that was damaged due to the hurricane. I'm already in a lot of stress due to extensive damage to my home and then to charge me money just to submit a quote was totally unacceptable. I would NOT hire this company if they gave me a free unit.

"I added Freon unit leaked it back ouf they called me I scheduled a follow up free of charge but he had called another AC company and I refunded there money back to there credit card we guarantee our work Im sorry you feel this way but we remained professional refunded your money and offered a free follow up appointment"

Coast A/C did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my A/C. They are also a better option financially than other businesses. They did come out an hour after the scheduled appointment window, but I believe that might have been due to a Home Advisor hiccup in the system.

The guys fixed the issue that I called about but when they were doing it, they disconnected some wires and I had to fix that myself. I called him to fix the wires but he dismissed the issue. Other than that, they did great work for me!

The repairman, Wayne , didnt have the equipment needed on his truck or his shop. He reached out to his fellow a/c repair friends and went out of his way to ensure I had a/c on a hoooootttttt Sunday. He was explaining what happened and explained what was need to get the a/c repaired. Job well done Wayne.
