The President and owner, Ted Fich, came out to our home to determine if our 1700 sq ft concrete aggregate, cracked, ugly 25 year old patio could be resurfaced and repaired by his companies coating process. Ted worked with us on selecting a style explained the process and showed examples of what it would look like when finished. He explained how our pool and spa coping would be installed. We selected the design similar to the picture on the front of the Rock Solid brochure. Alfonso Garcia, Mario Lopez and Raul Garcia showed up every day, proceeded with the processes with due diligence and finis

Cory was very helpful and responsive with my questions. The technicians were friendly and was able to get the job done in a clean and timely manner. They even double checked some exterior wall spots to make sure that I did not need to get the exterior walls done because it was already filled with insulation. The attic on the other hand was way below the R value. Now my house is significantly warmer and keeps the heat in.

Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. The price was much lower than Home Depot .when they were unable to access under part of the floor, they reduced the price. Everyone was just great. I highly recommend this company.
