Did not get the mount requested. Made a mess of my drywall. Used low rated anchors. Spliced together a cable to make an extension cord..

"We are sorry you are not satisfied with the install that was done in Aug of 2020. We have a service guarantee and had we been informed with in 90-days we would have replaced/redone the installation to the customers satisfaction. The install was challenging, customer was given multiple options to achieve their goals."
