Prior to starting my home inspection business, I owned and operated a Remodeling and Construction business. This background and experience has been invaluable in providing my customers with a detailed and thorough home inspection. Buying a home can be a very stressful experience. What starts out as a dream can quickly turn into a nightmare. Even a brand new home may contain construction defects.

Rob was thorough and knowledgeable, but all utilities were shut off, making parts of the inspection impossible to perform. He arrived early for the appointment and was very friendly and courteous. His report was excellent and caused the seller to see problems that were severely neglected and others that were dangerous, resulting in a much needed benefit to me if I do close escrow on the property. As an investor, I will use Rob's services again.
