We offer wood, gas and electric fireplaces, surrounds, accessories and much more for both new construction projects and existing homes. We are factory-trained and qualified to install and service all brands of fireplaces. "We are very sorry for the experience that Mrs. E. had, but her comments are not entirely accurate. We worked on a custom design for five months and the client finalized the design and paid the deposit right before they wanted the project done. We did have a delay with a new fireplace product they had ordered (the manufacturer was not able to give us accurate delivery dates) but we did eventually receive everything and were prepared to do the installation. The client decided at that point that they were too upset with us to proceed, so we refunded all of the deposit, even for the custom cabinet we had designed and built especially for them."
