Great knowledge of the product that they were in installing and customer service was excellent.

While prompt to reply to our initial inquiry for an estimate, the actual gutter install took 5 visits over several weeks. They did no have all of the materials needed and they did not install downspouts that were included in the quote. They faced downspouts toward fence/gate posts whereby with the first hard rain the ground started to washout making the fence unstable. They forgot to install the gutter guards that were included with the quote and most recently, now 6 months after the project was **completed**, I called Dean to let him know that the gutter guard over our back porch did not extend all the way to the end of the gutters and we had birds trying to nest in them. He stated that he would be there in a few days to correct the problem. On the day he was supposed to arrive (Friday, 3/19) I realized that the gutter guards were actually coming off of the gutter. I snapped a photo and sent it to Dean. He said that he was backed up because of rain and would be there on Monday, 3/22. I have not heard from Dean Contracting nor have they come to my home to make any repairs. While they seem like nice people, they simply did not do this job well and I will have to hire someone else to fix it. I would not recommend Dean Contracting.

The whole job could not be finished, asked several times for repairs which they were not able to do.

Jeff and his wife were awesome they answered our request immediately and we had an estimate the next day!!

Gutters look amazing

A small, family-owned business. No sales pitch that you would receive from a larger company. Knowledgeable and efficient. All around good people. My neighbor envies me for Dean Contracting’s good work.

Dean Contracting did a great job on gutter replacement on my home. They were very responsive, provided an estimate and showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend them for any kind of gutter work.

I inform homeadvisor what I was looking for hit send, 3 mins later Candace call me back, I told her what I wanted and she Cody her son would be out later that evening to give me a quote. He came that evening gave me a quote and the rest was history. Cody is a fine young man that knows what he is doing, he did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone. From start to finish, Jeff and Candice were great! They listened to all our concerns and fulfilled all requested we asked of our project. We were contacted same day to set up a quote date/time, and Jeff came out the next day. They do quality work in a reasonable amount of time for a great price! We will be using them for an upcoming project.

It has not rained yet to assess gutters but the gutters look good. Very nice people who did the work
