I hate to do this, but I think I have been patient enough at this point â ¦ John started working on getting and programming a new Universal remote for me, last October 2023. $1500 and 9 months later I have a faulty and under-programmed new remote, which does not control my hardware properly, and I have not seen Johnâ s face since January. Despite multiple attempts at scheduling on my part, I had three months of flimsy excuses and delaying tactics and now three months of total silence. RUN the other way, folks.

This company was hired, paid and started the job. They never returned After only doing a few hours work and did not even return phone calls. They had the nerve to take the money from a senior citizen fighting cancer and this is how they did business . BEWARE.

I can only verify what they did for me and it was Excellent. John seems to have expert knowledge setting up a security system. I would recommend them to anyone. He was on time and called when there was a short delay because of receiving some Cameras late. Please do not call. Thank-You

Installers were awesome, very professional, polite, and friendly!!! They made sure everything was installed exactly were and how I wanted. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products they were installing. I would absolutely hire again and strongly recommend them if you need AV work done!!!
