Coastal Carolina Home Watch is a multi-faceted company that solves problems for the consumer. In addition to our lawn and landscape maintenance, CCHW maintains amd manages the homes and properties of part time residents up and down the Grand Strand. We also provide concierge services to vacationers and residents alike. Entering our 6th year of business, we carry workers comprehensive and general liability insurance , are bonded, and are 100% compliant with SC Immigration Law. Coastal Carolina Home Watch was a great company to deal with! I had experienced a terrible time with irrigation repairs before, but dealing with Jack and Keith was very easy. The workmanship is wonderful and the price was very fair. I will be using and recomending them!

Contractor was very helpfully in landscape design. But he did not listen to my overall area of work. Did not completely finish what he was to finish. had to get someone else to finish up. Said he would call, but didn't. Top of rock edging falling off.

I'm a little disappointed because I was told by Mr. Luber that the area directly in front of the house needed to be built up to keep it from getting so grassy. A week after they completed the project, the grass started coming up through the mulch. I also think that Mr. Luber should have come back out to look at the completed project once his men completed the work.
